By accessing and using SemiToolbox ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SemiToolbox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for the duration specified in your license agreement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Transfer, sublicense, lease, or rent the Software to any third party

2.3 Machine-Locked License

Each license is locked to a specific machine ID. The license cannot be transferred to another machine without explicit authorization from SemiToolbox.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment

All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors (Stripe or PayPal). Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be issued after the license has been activated or after 30 days from purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated materials, including but not limited to documentation, graphics, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of SemiToolbox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEMITOOLBOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEMITOOLBOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including email addresses and machine IDs for license management purposes.

8. Termination

SemiToolbox reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Updates and Modifications

SemiToolbox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
